A major manufacturer and exporter of fine fabrics for the apparel industry, Elite Design has expanded annual production capacity to 2,000,000 meters to keep pace with export sales which are growing by more than 20% per year. 80% of the annual production is piece-dyed whereas 20% is yarn-dyed. 20% of the annual production is polyester / viscose, 70% is polyester / viscose /
lycra and the remaining 10% is composed of other types.
Elite Design, in its fabrics, does not utilize any of the materials which are known to be hazardous to the environment or to human health, which shows the importance Elite Design gives to ecological quality standards. Waste water is treated chemically and biologically in the modern refining plants that Elite Design possesses. As a producer every pain is taken in environmental and human health issues.
